On March 9, 2019, the Third Session of Liberal Education Forum: "Winning by Smart Entrepreneurship" was held. Prof. Chen Jin, a keynote speaker and professor from the Dept. of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy, School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, expressed that 21st century is an era for mass entrepreneurship, so it is in urgent need of strategic technology entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs. The significance of entrepreneurship is not only to create wealth, but to transform life as well. Subsequently, Prof. Chen touched upon the three elements, four trends and eight strategic needs of entrepreneurship.
