关于申请加拿大阿尔伯塔大学2011-2012暑期实习生项目的通知（一）

各位同学，

加拿大阿尔伯塔大学2011-2012暑期实习生项目开始启动，请同学们登录以下网址进行信息查询，并按要求进行申请，报名信息、面试考核以及最后录取将由对方学校确定。

申请截止日期：2011年12月9日

UAlberta faculty members submit a research proposal online and students from partner institutions are invited to apply; selection will follow.

November 14	Deadline for UAlberta faculty members to submit an online proposal to host a 2012 Research Intern. There is no limit on the number of proposals a supervisor can submit. Proposals should outline the research opportunity and preferred dates, academic background and home institution/priority region(s). Submit a Proposal Online
November 15	Students from select international partners are invited to apply for specific research internships.
Deadline Extended: December 9	Deadline for students to apply for research internships. Students from eligible partners should contact the International Office of their home university for application details.
December 9-15	Selection of research interns by Supervisors. Letters of offer will be made on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis to qualified students selected by UAlberta faculty members. Faculties may choose to fully fund additional interns if budget permits.
December 16-30	Finalization of placements
January	Letters of invitation produced and signatures acquired.
January	Letters of Invitations sent to students to obtain proper immigration documentation.
January - April	Administrative support to facilitate internship
May	Arrival and Orientation
May – July	Internship Placements
July	Certificate of Participation Ceremony
July – August	Evaluation
