根据我校与西澳大学（University of Western Australia）的合作意向，西澳大学于2013年起向我校开放其暑期科研项目，项目详情如下：
【项目时间】
2013年7月8日至8月30日
【项目课题】
1、 Impact of hydrogen peroxide on zooplankton dynamics in wastewater stabilisation ponds
2、 Using forward genetics and next generation mapping to identify regulators or gene expression in plants
3、 Investigation of capacity of suction caissons under horizontal and cyclic loadings on clay over sand
4、 Oxygen uptake and distribution through the plant boday and the role of underwater photosynthesis in submergence tolerance
【招生要求】
1、 德智体全面发展，知识、能力、素质和记实综合考评优良
2、 学习成绩优秀，英语水平优异
3、 提供最多半页A4纸的个人陈述（Personal Statement）
4、 大二、大三或已保送本校的大四学生，共4个名额
【项目费用】
1、 西澳大学将承担接送机、科研训练、行政管理、文化旅游等费用。
2、 学生自己需承担食宿费（约2600澳元）、国际旅费、签证费、保险及其它可能产生的费用。
