根据浙江大学和巴黎综合理工大学（école Polytechnique）的协商，我校将选派大三、大四本科学生共2名赴该项目进行为期3-6个月的实习。项目详情如下：

一、申请条件和要求：

1. 热爱社会主义祖国，具有良好的政治素质，无违法、违纪记录

2. 品学兼优，身心健康

3. 德智体全面发展，知识、能力、素质和记实综合考评优良；学习成绩优良，英语水平优异

The 2018 Internship Program for International Students application is open. This program gives undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to carry out a 3 to 6-month internship in a research center of Ecole Polytechnique.

The Vice Presidency for Marketing and International Relations offers funding to support the interns mobility. The grant covers life expenses on the campus for the whole duration of the internship.

Students applications open on January 3rd.

The selection procedure is done according to the following calendar:

• Early December:      publication of the Internship Subjects online and promotion of the Program

• December: pre-selection      of 1 to 5 students by each Partner Institution and transmission of a      nomination letter to école Polytechnique

• 3^rd of January: opening of      the students application. Each student completes the online      application, indicating up to three internship subjects of interest

• 31^st of January: deadline      for the online application

• End of February: communication      of the results to the students and the Partner Institutions

• March : the      admitted students finalize the details of their stay at l'X with the      support of the DMRI (housing, monthly stipend, exact date of arrival and      departure, etc.)

二、报名申请

学生请先在网上报名。操作程序如下：

1．进入“教务管理信息服务平台”10.202.110.46:8080/jwglxt（使用新版的火狐、谷歌浏览器）

2．点击"报名申请"

3 . 点击"交流生交流项目申请"

4．选择符合条件的项目进行申请

5．在线填写相关内容，提交并打印申请表

6．如遇部分内容无法在线输入，请打印表格后手动填写，到学院签署意见并盖章（申请表未签字及盖章视为无效）

7．申请表请最晚于2017年12月27日上午9点前交紫金港校区行政办事大厅112房间本科生院窗口相应框内（如不能及时提交申请表，将取消推荐资格）

8.  关于本项目的后续事宜请随时关注本科生院网-对外交流服务平台上的通知。

特别提醒：

1 . 请申请出国项目的同学及时办理护照以及学校出国英文成绩单，许多国外院校要求申请时即能提供;

2. 学校通过审核选拔将公布推荐申请人名单。最终录取名单由项目方决定。
