根据我校与香港科技大学、香港中文大学、台湾科技大学的有关协议，我校将选送若干名本科生（大一新生、毕业班学生除外）于2019-2020学年秋冬学期赴上述高校参加交流。
一、申请条件
1. 热爱社会主义祖国，具有良好的政治素质，无违法违纪记录；
2. 品学兼优，身心健康；
3. 德智体美劳全面发展，知识、能力、素质和记实综合考评优良；
4. 学习成绩优良；
5. 优先考虑没有参加过对外交流的学生；
6. 其它条件请参考项目具体要求，请务必详细了解项目情况、并根据自己的学业安排进行统筹规划后再行申请。
二、具体信息
1、香港科技大学——校内申请截止时间：2019年3月14日中午12:00

说明与要求：
1）科大商学院要求申请同学于交流前至少完成两年本科课程（交换时是大三），若然打算修读商学院课程，必需于本科课程内曾修读该主修之基础课程。
2）要申请的同学，请预先准备好在校成绩单（大一至现在）、港澳通行证副本及英语水平测试成绩单，以备后续申请使用。

2、香港中文大学——校内申请截止时间：2019年3月14日中午12:00
名额：第一学期3人，第二学期2人
费用：学费互免，住宿费自理
要求与说明：
1）have completed at least two academic terms of university studies.
2）A minimum TOEFL score of 530 (paper-based) / 197 (computer-based) / 71 (internet-based) or IELTS 6 or equivalent;
3）a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (B average or better).For other applicants, in addition to the endorsed application record sheet, one academic recommendation from a professor is required.
4）The minimum course load at CUHK per term is 9 units (three 3-unit courses) and the maximum course load is 18 units (six 3-unit courses).course arrangement.
5）Residential Colleges（书院）
All undergraduate students are affiliated with one of the nine Colleges. The Colleges are congenial communities with own hostels, dining halls and other facilities. Students receive pastoral care and whole-person education through the Colleges. Undergraduate exchange students will live in hostels either managed by the Colleges or the International House.
Morningside College, S.H. Ho College, and C.W. Chu College offer mandatory college communal dinners. Students will meet with the College representatives and guests three times per week. This is a good opportunity for students to interact regularly for meals and conversation. Therefore, additional meal charge will apply to students of Morningside College, S.H. Ho College, and C.W. Chu College.
College assignment is done randomly but modification will be made for balancing the gender ratio and the distribution of nationalities of students. Students will be asked to indicate their preference for the types of hostels on the online application form – they have to rank their choices among (1) College Hostel, (2) College Hostel with mandatory college communal dinners (additional meal charge applies), and (3) International House (I-House). As there is an extra cost applicable to Morningside College, S.H. Ho College, and C.W. Chu College, we hope that students assigned to these Colleges would be the ones who genuinely have a preference for it. However, there is no guarantee for students to be assigned to their preferred type of hostel due to quota limitation (unless they are from institutions where a formal exchange agreement is set up with a specific College at CUHK).
6）Academic Courses
Students can choose courses from a variety of disciplines to match their interests or fulfill home institution’s requirements during their study period at CUHK. Students can refer to our website to learn more about the course arrangement （http://www.oal.cuhk.edu.hk/getting_started/）.
Availability of postgraduate-level courses for exchange students is limited. Students should consider taking upper-level undergraduate courses instead.
Business courses at CUHK are extremely popular and competitive. Students registered at CUHK as postgraduates will not have access to the undergraduate Business Administration courses. As always, students are strongly advised to have flexible study plans.
Students interested in taking courses with topics related to China can consider courses offered by the Contemporary China Studies (CCS) programme which are entirely taught in English. Law courses are only available to students who major in Law. Students from institutions where English is not the primary language of instruction must submit a TOEFL/IELTS score report for enrollment. ＊交换学制以本科申请本科、研究所申请研究所为原则。
＊倘该学期单一系所申请人数超过可受理人数，除本校校内协调外，将依申请人数比例配额方式办理。

三、报名申请
学生请先在网上报名。操作程序如下：
1．进入“教学管理信息服务平台” zdbk.zju.edu.cn（使用新版的火狐、谷歌浏览器）
2．点击"报名申请"
3 . 点击"交流生交流项目申请"
4．选择符合条件的项目进行申请
5．在线填写相关内容，提交并打印申请表
6．如遇部分内容无法在线输入，请打印表格后手动填写，到学院签署意见并盖章（申请表未签字及盖章视为无效！）
7．申请表请于各项目的校内申请截止时间前交紫金港校区行政办事大厅112房间本科生院窗口相应筐内
（如不能及时提交申请表，将取消推荐资格！舟山校区申请者请将申请表扫描件命名为“学号+姓名+项目名”，并按时发至wangivy@zju.edu.cn）
8．因临近截止日期，上述项目不安排面试，采取表筛，推荐名单将在”浙江大学本科生对外交流服务平台“进行公示，请随时关注。
特别提醒：
请申请项目的同学及时办理通行证、学校英文成绩单、英文语言能力证明等相关申请材料；选出的我校同学将与其它高校推荐的交流生竞争有限名额，是否能派出取决于对方最终录取结果。
